Line a muffin baking pan with muffin baking paper and carefully fill with a spoon to ⅔. Now bake the chocolate muffins at 200° degrees top/bottom heat for 25 minutes. After baking, lift the muffins out of the baking pan as soon as possible and let them cool on a cooling rack.
No matter what kind of nuts you have… you simply conjure up the best and most delicious chocolate muffins!
You can vary with the chopped nuts in our chocolate muffins recipe. You can use walnuts and hazelnuts very well. However, the muffins also taste very good with Brazil nuts and macadamia. Be careful with peanuts, as many of your guests may be allergic. Taste-wise, it goes together really well.
Chocolate just always goes and that’s exactly why I love anything chocolate. I love eating dark chocolate or dark chocolate the most. However, many recipes also taste very good with white chocolate. Milk chocolate is often too sweet for me and doesn’t give enough contrast to the other ingredients.
Muffins with chocolate – homemade chocolate muffins recipe
I love these little muffins because they are like little portable cakes. Pretty chocolate muffins recipe to decorate and quickly baked in many variations. Therefore, you can already find my cherry muffins, raspberry muffins or blueberry muffins on my blog. Of course, you can also just add chocolate chips or nuts to these fruity variants if you want a little more fruit in your muffins.
Quick little chocolate muffins are homemade and customized to your own likes and preferences. I love these chocolate muffins because the chocolate pieces alone make them taste like chocolate. You don’t have to stir in any additional cocoa or baking cocoa. You have a nice light batter with full chocolate flavor. However, I’ll be happy to show you a really dark chocolate muffin in the future.
Muffins are just perfect travel companions for me. Always well packaged and with a small package that makes the little cake easy to touch. Since you can also like to have something with chocolate on the train or in the car. There is nothing better than to unpack the chocolate muffin in the cold season. Of course, there is then a big sip of hot coffee and you feel strengthened again for the onward journey.

Nutrition
The muffins with chocolate also taste really delicious if you leave out the nuts completely, but then you should take a little more chocolate. White chocolate gives the muffins a little more sweetness, but also tastes very good and best then with macadamia nuts.
Try our muffins with chocolate yourself and tell us how they tasted to you. We like them best with a little powdered sugar dusted and sometimes with melted chocolate where then a complete nut as in the chocolate nut brownies or brittle is put on top. Have fun trying them out!
