Place all bread rolls recipe ingredients in a mixing bowl and allow to knead in a food processor until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Now let the dough rest in a glass bowl covered with cling film in a warm place for at least 50 minutes until it has doubled in size.

Then preheat the oven to 240°C degrees (top and bottom heat) and place an oven-proof bowl with water in the oven. Now, using the dough cutter, divide ten pieces of the same size and form bread rolls. Place them on baking paper on a baking tray (preferably with holes).

Moisten the bread rolls slightly and cut them before baking them at 240°C for 10 minutes. Then open the oven door briefly (be careful, hot steam!). Now let them bake for another 15 minutes at 220°C. Remove the finished bread rolls from the oven and let them cool down, depending on the desired brownness. You can brush the hot bread rolls with butter or milk for more shine.
