Ingredients
Shortcrust Pastry
250gall-purpose flour
80gsugar
175gspreadable butter
1egg
0,5tspsalt

Recipe-Instruction
Zuerst Zucker, Salz und Butter schaumig rühren in der Küchenmaschine.
80 g (⅖ cups) sugar
0,5 tsp (½ tsp) salt
175 g (6.00 oz) spreadable butter
Add egg and add flour by the spoonful and let it mix. Then chill the dough for about an hour. Start 60 minutes timer here

250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
In the meantime, wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the pit. If desired, you can also quarter the plums.

After the hour, roll out dough with flour and line a fruit tart pan with it.
Now place the half plums in a circle from the outside to the inside on the dough and press them in lightly.
Bake the cake for about 45 minutes at180 °C. Then allow to cool before removing the baking pan and serving the cake. Start 45 minutes timer here
