Crispy cookies recipe for crunchy cookies with cornflakes, chocolate and nuts for every season. The perfect crunch with chewy center in each of these crispy cookies with our cornflakes cookies recipe.
First prepare cornflakes, nuts and chocolate and chop each. Cornflakes can be filled into a freezer bag and pressed slightly smaller.
100 g (3 ½ cups) corn flakes
50 g (⅕ cups) nuts, grated
75 g (⅖ cups) chocolate chips (dark)
Beat liquid butter or margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
100 g (3.50 oz) margarine vegetable (e.g., sunflower)
50 g (¼ cups) sugar
8 g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
½ tsp (½ TL) salt
Add the egg and mix until you can no longer see it.

Mix flour and baking powder and add to the mixture by the spoonful while the mixer is running slowly.
100 g (1 cups) all-purpose flour
8 g (2 tsp) baking powder
Finally, fold the crushed cornflakes, nuts and chocolate pieces into the batter.
100 g (3 ½ cups) corn flakes
50 g (⅕ cups) nuts, grated
75 g (⅖ cups) chocolate chips (dark)
Now form balls about the size of walnuts by hand and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper - there should be about 4 rows of 5 balls.
Now bake the cookies for approx. 15 minutes at 180 °C. Start 15 minutes timer here
Allow cookies to cool and top with more melted chocolate if needed.
Notes
The cornflakes cookies also taste good with whole-grain cornflakes or Special K. They automatically become a little sweeter if you use Frosties. In this case, simply reduce the sugar content of the cookies.The cornflakes cookies taste great with various finely grated nuts, such as walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, peanuts or almonds.
