Ingredients
300gcake flour
60gsugar
70gmargarine vegetable (e.g., sunflower)
60gcoconut flakes
2eggs
8gbaking powder
8gvanilla sugar
1tsplemon flavoralternatively: squeeze of lemon
350gwhole milk 3,5%
Recipe-Instruction
Place flour, sugar, margarine, shredded coconut, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar and lemon flavoring in mixing bowl.
300 g (2 ½ cups) cake flour
60 g (⅓ cups) sugar
70 g (2.5 oz) margarine vegetable (e.g., sunflower)
60 g (⅔ cups) coconut flakes
2 eggs
8 g (2 tsp) baking powder
8 g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
1 tsp lemon flavor
Add milk gradually and adjust the amount slightly depending on the desired consistency. The less milk, the crunchier the waffles will be later.
350 g (1 ⅖ cups) whole milk 3,5%
After the dough was mixed with the mixer for about 3 minutes, put into heated waffle iron. Wait about 2-3 minutes, depending on the desired browning of the waffles.Start 3 minutes timer here
Let waffles cool slightly on a cooling rack and serve lukewarm with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, cinnamon, hot cherries or Nutella.
